What is included in the free plan?

The free plan provides 10 credits per month. With this plan, you can generate 2 video ads, use the AI scriptwriter, export and download your ads, make revisions, and access unlimited free stock footage. Please note that all exports on the free plan will include a watermark.

What will I get with a subscription plan?

With each subscription plan, you receive a specific number of monthly credits and access to CrazyAds’ premium features. This includes advanced AI tools to create professional video ads for your marketing campaigns. The subscription plans provide more flexibility, faster processing, and additional creative tools.

How are credits spent?

Credits are consumed at a rate of 5 credits for every 30 seconds of video. The video time is rounded up to the nearest 30 seconds.

Will unused credits be carried over to the next month?

Unused credits are valid for 2 months and can be carried over to the next month. For annual plans, credits are given upfront and are valid for the entire year.

What languages are supported in CrazyAds AI?

CrazyAds supports a wide range of languages to cater to a global audience, including:

What counts as a revision?

A revision is defined as making unlimited edits to a previously exported video and exporting a new video from that project. You can refine your video ad to ensure it meets your needs.

Do free credits replenish every month?

Yes, on the free plan, you will receive 10 free credits every month. This helps you test out the platform and generate video ads without upfront costs.

How can I change my plan?

You can change your plan at any time, and the new plan will start a fresh billing cycle. Any unused credits from your previous plan will remain available through the new billing cycle. You cannot switch from an annual plan until you have less than 10 credits remaining.

Do I keep unused free credits when I sign up with any of the paid plans?

No, the credits allocated on the free plan are separate from those provided with any paid plans. Therefore, unused free credits cannot be transferred or used on paid plans.

When can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Are there any limits on the use of ads made with CrazyAds?

You fully own the videos and ads you create with CrazyAds, even after your plan ends. There are no restrictions on how you can use these ads across various channels. All stock footage used in CrazyAds is royalty-free.

What is the refund policy?

What type of product links does CrazyAds support?

We support product links from a wide range of platforms, including:

• Amazon, Shopify, App Store, Google Play, and other eCommerce sites.

Can I edit the video generated by CrazyAds?

Yes! You can make extensive edits to any generated video ad with our precise editing tools. Simply click on the “Edit” button on the preview screen to refine your ad.

What types of media can I upload?

You can upload various media, including product images, videos, and text descriptions. Alternatively, you can use a product link, and CrazyAds will fetch these assets directly from the store page.
